Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.onlyUSAwriters.com website (the “Service”) operated by www.onlyUSAwriters.com (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

We offer a variety of options to ask for a refund for an order. Be aware that the refund is possible only to the initial payment source. To receive a refund successfully, you should adhere to the following rules.
If your order has not been approved yet, you can choose either of the options below:
100% Refund Provided If:
- A payment mistake occurred (double charge, duplicate orders).
- We have no suitable writer at the moment to work on your order. We will inform you, if such a rare case occurs, and offer refund voluntarily.
- You have not received the order on time.
50% Refund Requested
- A writer has been already assigned to your order which occurs within 10 hours of request. The writer needs compensations for the work done, which he/she has already started. Hence, only a partial refund is possible in such a case.
- No writer is available at the moment to complete the revision of your order.
- The writer has been assigned to your order and over 10% of the deadline has passed.
Refunds will not be processed or submitted if the customer is simply not satisfied and all other reasonable actions have been exhausted to address their need/s. The company will determine what is considered to be reasonable action.
Even though we offer high quality academic assistance, revisions may be requested. We can offer a 5-day revision period for orders that are less than 10 pages long and a 30-day revision period for orders that have over 30 pages. If you fail to comply with this time requirements, we accept the order as the order that matches clients’ instructions and, therefore, does not need any further revisions or other actions to be taken, unless extra payments provided by the customer or the customer makes a new order.
Any client may request a revision, if the revision request meets the following requirements:
- The revision instructions are absolutely clear.
- The revision instructions cannot contradict to the initial instructions in the order.
- If our Quality Assurance Department decides that your initial instructions have been met, your revision request will not proceed.
- In such a case, you may order a proofreading/editing service.
- Customer cannot make any changes in the paper before the revision request.
- No other general terms and conditions are violated.
- The revision time comprises 72 hours to complete, but, as a rule, we revise papers much faster.
